Step 1. First, make sure that all your system packages are up-to-date by running the following apt commands in the terminal.

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

Step 2. Installing AppImage on Ubuntu 22.04.

Many software has .appimage extension. You can find them on the AppImage GitHub page. In this tutorial, I am going to install Apache_NetBeans and configure its AppImage file.
