In this tutorial, we will show you how to install Atom Text Editor on Manjaro 20. sudo pacman -Syu
Step 2. Installing Atom Text Editor on Manjaro 20.
- Install atom via default repository Manjaro system:
sudo pacman -S atom
- Install atom via Snap:
Now we run the following commands to install Snap packages:
sudo pacman -S snapd sudo systemctl enable --now snapd.socket sudo ln -s /var/lib/snapd/snap /snap
To install Atom, simply use the following command:
sudo snap install atom --classic
