For those of you who didn’t know, Audacity is an easy-to-use, multi-track audio editor and recorder for Windows, Mac OS X, GNU/Linux, and other operating systems. Audacity in addition to allowing us to record multiple audio sources as well can allow us to post-process all types of audio, including podcasts, by adding effects such as normalization, clipping, and fading in and out. Developed by a group of volunteers as open source and offered free of charge. Amazing support community.
