In this tutorial, we will show you how to install Sublime Text on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. For those of you who didn’t know, Sublime Text is a cross-platform text and source code editor with a Python API. Step 1. First, make sure that all your system packages are up-to-date by running the following
apt commands in the terminal.

Step 2. Installing Sublime Text on Ubuntu 20.04.
Method 1: Install Sublime Text From Official Repository.
Installing Sublime on Ubuntu is fairly straightforward, Now we import the repository’s GPG key and the Sublime APT repository:

Once you’ve added the repo you can go ahead and run an update and install the app:

Step 3. Accessing Sublime Text on Ubuntu.
Once the installation is complete you can launch the app from your desktop app launcher or start Sublime Text editor on your Ubuntu 20.04 system open up a terminal and enter:
